About Us

Dr Shokouhi started to teach IELTS in 2001 and later on with the advent of online platforms such as Skype, he initiated online teaching under the name ‘SkypeTeacher’

He started teaching OET in 2010 under the name ‘OET-Pro’ but changed the name of the institute to ‘SkypeTeacher.uk’ when he qualified as an official Preliminary Preparation Provider with the OET; OET does no allow names containing OET for institutions anymore.

SkypeTeacher.uk is the official registered provider of OET, and it is a subsidiary of Arominada (registered company in the UK); the latter provides health education for healthcare professionals.

Dr. Babak Shokouhi

Dr. Babak Shokouhi began teaching English in 1988, contributing to medical, special purpose, and academic English while a medical student. He later championed student learning in English, computer science, and research methodology at the Students' Research Centre.
